Gym Membership
If you business is located near our facility we can create a business account that provides discounts to your employees.
On Site Classes
Depending on your location we can coordinate a scheduled date and time to meet at your facility with all the necessary equipment and lead group fitness classes. Classes can range from mobility, strength, cardio or hybrid classes.
Mobile tracking
Many companies offer apps that track programs and diets separately but our app you can track both, with options to directly input training programs.
Personal Training (In person or virtually)
If you want to go above and beyond for your staff, we can coordinate personal training sessions both in person and virtually via zoom.
Virtual Classes
If your company is not close enough for the on-site classes, we have the means to do virtual classes that require no equipment but are guaranteed to get your heart pumping and your endorphins flowing.
Macro Coaching
While some people can follow detailed diet plans and stick to them, we have found the best way to have someone see results and stick to it is by giving them the tools and education to track their macros and calorie intake.
